The Dauphin County Conservation District (DCCD) is subject to the RTK law. The information below is provided to you in compliance with the RTK law and to assist you if you have need to make a request to DCCD under the RTK law. DCCD adheres to the RTK law.

This form may be submitted to us electronically, by mail or in person. We do not have a fax machine.

Please be advised that under the RTK law DCCD may charge fees for providing records in certain formats. When we receive a request, we calculate fees and contact the requestor to determine if the requester, based on the fees, still wants the records. If so, we will continue with the request and contact the requester when the records requested are available.
